넓은 객실에 일몰뷰를 주셔서 좋았습니다.

호텔 시설은 말할것도 없고 친절하고 신속한 서비스까지 여행지에서 만난 최고의 호텔이었습니다
체크아웃했는데도 분실물까지 꼼꼼하고 세심하게 챙겨주시는 직원분의 서비스에 완전 감동이었구요
너무나 감사했어요^^
여수에 오면 무조건 JCS호텔에 묵으세요~절대 후회안하실꺼예요

오션뷰는 정말 최고입니다. 카펫에 얼룩이 그대로 남아있고, 수압이 좀 좋지 않고.. 청결도는 좀 개선을 많이 해야하지 않을까 생각이 듭니다.

다 좋았는데 침구가 너무 먼지가 많더라구요
테이블도 그렇고 의자도 그렇고ㅠㅜ
전체적인 청결도는 별로였어요ㅜ
직원분들 친절한데 조금 답답한??...
체계적인 느낌은 못받았습니다
시설이나 다른 즐길거리 모두 좋았어요!

체크인 담당하시는 직원분 교육이 더 필요해보입니다. 불친절이 아니라 체크인 절차를 모르는 것 같아요. 커피는 맥심 커피믹스 뿐인 것은 조금 아쉽습니다.
시설이나 뷰는 좋았습니다.

토요일에 호텔에 투숙해서 자는데 너무 추워서
자는둥 마는둥 해서
5시에프론트에 내려가서 얘기하니
프론트직원이 21도라고 확인해주었습니다
그래서 온열기구 2개를 달라해서 방에 갔다 놓았습니다
그리고 2번째 사진은 천정에 있는 난방장치가 시끄럽고 작동이 안되었습니다
이런건 어떡해야 하나요?
